ORIGIN AND PROPERTIES:
Nandrolone is one of the first steroids to appear on the pharmaceutical market.
In particular, phenylpropionate was patented and introduced in 1959 (Deca Durabolin followed in 1962).
In fact, by comparing nandrolone phenylpropionate and nandrolone decanoate, it can be concluded that the esters are very similar, but there are some differences. So Nandrolone Phenylpropionate is a fast, but short-acting form of Nandrolone and Deca is a long but slow acting form. Both are similar to testosterone and are associated with progestins. The latter is the reason why periodic androgenic and progestogenic side effects, such as reduction of potency, acne, hypertension and gynecomastia, occur.
